WRVU 91.1 FM is a completely student run organization dedicated to providing the best radio listening experience to all Vanderbilt students. WRVU DJ’s have most of the possible musical knowledge in the world and they often discover and play artists on their shows months before other folks figure out how great their music really is. WRVU is designed to offer programming that reflects the diverse and creative population of Vanderbilt University and the Nashville community. First and foremost, WRVU is dedicated to providing a learning lab environment for any Vanderbilt student interested in gaining experience in the radio business, from becoming a DJ to executive staff opportunities in management, programming, training, advertising, and promotions.
